Java Junction

Coffee, chocolate, and nuts walk into a bar. Nobody remembers what happens afterward, but the next morning they wake up as ice cream. This unforgettable flavor starts with a rich vanilla cream base and ends with local java made with notes of hazelnuts and handcrafted vanilla.

Real Cookies & Cream

Imagine an ice cream sandwich in reverse. Originally created to upcycle the legendary Spotted Duck chocolate chip cookie, this flavor quickly taught us that good things happen when you get creative. Enjoy hearty chunks of real cookies swirled into a handcrafted vanilla cream base when you taste this little scoop of heaven.

Blueberry Streusel (DF)

This flavor debunks the old wives tale that you can’t eat ice cream for breakfast. Made with crumbles of housemade cinnamon streusel, swirls of Finger Lakes blueberry compote, and toasted almond milk this rich ice cream is a dairy-free gem.
