When our needs for a simple, delicious vanilla—made from organic vanilla beans and alcohol—outpaced the supply of our local partner, they taught us how to make a superior, handcrafted vanilla extract you won’t find in any store. The combination of bright vanilla, locally-sourced cream, milk, and duck eggs tastes great solo or paired with any of our other flavors.
